PET VET 2009, Stuttgart
On 28 and 29 November 2009, the EU Roadshow visited the PET VET in Stuttgart. This last stop in 2009 allowed the European Commission, Directorate General for Health and Consumers to emphasize once more the importance of biosecurity at EU borders and at farm-level.
The Pet Congress for Vets and Vets’ Assistants allowed the representatives of the European Commission to disseminate information and to explain to a public mostly composed of veterinarians the objectives of the One Health Campaign which celebrated its 1 year on November 10, 2009.
>> The EU Roadshow will start 2010 with a stop in Budapest, Hungary, to participate in the Agro + Mashexpo exhibition. Taking place between January 27 and 30, the representatives of the European Commission on-site will get the chance to outline the purpose of the campaign and introduce the Roadmap of 2010.
