Animals + Humans = One health

The 15th Agrifair Exhibition took place between the 21-25 October 2009 in Nicosia, Cyprus. The main goal of the exhibition was to disseminate information to the general public as well as to farmers and other interested parties.

The EU Roadshow had a large exhibition area and it received numerous visitors. In particular, the President of Cyprus, Demetris Christofias visited the stand during the official opening of the fair on 21 October. Visitors to the stand were able to learn about the EU rules for travellers to prevent the introduction of animal diseases in the European Union.
